Goods Shed recorded on 1880s-1890s 25 inch Ordnance Survey map.

Correspondance regarding request for grant aid in converting the old goods shed to a church. Unfortunately, as the building is neither listed or within a conservation area, the Devon County Council Environment Committee fund were unable to provide grant aid. The possibility of other DCC funding sources was signposted to.

Victoria Road Station closed in 1960 but the remains of platforms can still be seen and the goods shed is still in use by National Carriers Ltd.
