Traces of ridge and furrow ploughing are visible as a series of levelled earthworks.

Traces of ridge and furrow ploughing from the Medieval or Post Medieval period are visible on aerial photographs from the 1950s as a series of levelled earthworks. The earthworks cover an area measuring approximately 90 metres long by 112 metres wide, or 1.04 hectares, centred at SS 5874 4576 with the ridge and furrow running approximately east-west. The area is now under pasture.
