One of the cropmarks corresponds with a field boundary depicted on the map.

Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.

The cropmarks do not correspond to any features depicted on the map.

Royal Air Force, 1946, RAF/CPE/UK/1793, NMR RAF/CPE/UK/1793 3012-3013 12-OCT-1946 (Aerial Photograph). SDV349050.

Cornwall County Council, 2002, Cornwall National Mapping Programme (Archive - Survey). SDV350748.

Perpendicular linear features each defined by 1 bank, max. length 147m. Visible as cropmarks and transcribed from aerial photographs taken in 1946. Interpreted as former field boundaries of medieval or later date.

Knight, S., 2012, Backlog Input Element of the North Devon Coast AONB National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV350734.

One of the banks coincides with a field boundary depicted in this location on the Tithe map, but not the early twentieth century Ordnance Survey mapping, presumably having fallen out of use in the latter part of the nineteenth century. The other is likely to have gone out of use by the mid nineteenth century.
