Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

The ditches do not correspond to any of the depicted field boundaries.

Cornwall County Council, 2002, Cornwall National Mapping Programme (Archive - Survey). SDV350748.

An ordered, rectilinear linear system, 'field' size on average 57m by 18m. Visible as cropmark ditches on aerial photographs, but no specific aerial photograph reference given. Interpreted as the remains of field boundaries of medieval or later date.

These curvilinear ditches are not depicted on the Tithe map, but are perpendicular to several curvilinear field boundaries that appear to be former medieval strip fields. Is it unclear whether the possible boundaries manifesting as cropmarks pre-date the mid nineteenth century, but as they are not depicted on any later available mapping this seems most likely.
