Summary

A former field system of medieval or later date is visible as cropmark and earthwork banks and ditches on aerial photographs taken in 1946. The boundaries probably went out of use by the mid nineteenth century.

The banks and ditches do not correspond to any features depicted on the map.

An ordered, rectilinear linear system, 'field' size on average 136m by 70m. Visible as cropmark and earthwork banks and ditches, and interpreted as relict boundaries of a medieval or later field system.
