Full description

Probert, S. A. J. + Newman, P., 1997, Holne Moor, Dartmoor, Devonshire. A Landscape Survey by the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England (Report - Survey). SDV173671.

Centred at SX66577071. A cluster of five small cairns on the gentle north-east facing slope above the left bank of Yonder Dry Lake. With one exception the cairns are all slightly ovoid with diameters in the range 3.5 to 7.0 metres and stand an average of 0.7 metres high. The two northernmost cairns (at SX 66557074 and SX 66567072) have been heavily disturbed. None of these features display evidence of cists or kerbs.
