Full description

Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit (Report - Survey). SDV350839.

SX 66367992. A heather covered cairn in open moorland on the south-east flank of Merripit Hill 250 metres south-east of the B3212. It measures 6.3 metres in diameter and stands a maximum of 3.0 metres high. An amorphous hollow 0.15 metres deep lies centrally in the top. A single stone protrudes from the base of the western side.
