Cattle shed; cider house; hayloft/tallet; shippon. Lofted building with no original internal partition, but in two parts, with separate functions and separate roof structures. The eastern end was possibly a root store or according to the farmer, a cider house. It has a wide, low brick arched opening, now blocked, with a neighbouring blocked doorway, also wide, but higher than the other. The original purpose of these low, wide openings is not clear. The western end has two loading hatches to the loft, a large doorway and a shuttered window, facing away from the yard. Its roof is a continuation of the threshing barn and cart shed range. It was once used as a mill house and more recently as a cattle shed. Brick walls; Rubble stone, brick dressings. Brick walls facing onto courtyard. West wall of former mill house is rubblestone with brick dressings. Pantile roof. Roof inaccessible, but presumably identical to threshing barn roof at west end. Generator. Door/s; Evidence for engine/machinery; Loading hatch. 2 loading hatches to west, outside yard, with two timber doors, and two loading hatches to east end, facing onto yard. Large doorway to west, doors missing, with a window to north with timber shutters. An inserted wide doorway to north, facing onto yard. An inserted doorway to rear to allow cattle through to 20th century cowshed behind. Blocked hole to west, possibly for drive shaft. Apple loft; fixed ladder; hayloft. Hole through to threshing bar for drive shaft for mill. Currently a cow house.
