A 19th century estate farm built in one phase, with a small farmhouse, unusually forming part of the north range. Yard slopes gently to south. Evolved courtyard. 2 rubblestone ranges with a linhay to the southwest forming a roughly rectangular yard. The present farmhouse was built later, after 1889, to the northwest of the yard. The original farmhouse was the east section of the north range. It became a cowman's cottage but has now reverted to its original use as the farmhouse. Farmhouse is part of north range. Farmyard surface is cobbles and grass.
