Full description

Linhay. South side. 7-bay linhay with 2 -bay unlofted brick extension to east which returns around rear of linhay. Brick walls with chart. Rear wall chert rubblestone with brick above. Brick east end and timber framed west end. Slate roof. Scissor braces roof structure. Main linhay has 7 bays and a low pitched roof. Scissor braces bolted together with lap- jointed apexes. The 2- bay extension to the east has bolted A- frames. Open front; Tallet. Open front. Lower part of front posts replaced by railway sleepers, upper part original. Narrow crossbeams are mortise and tenoned into posts. Tallet is now weather-boarded. Concrete stalls; feeding passage. Feeding passage to rear. Stalls. Currently an agricultural store.
