Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2013-2014, South Devon Coast Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV351146.

The remains of an east-west aligned former field boundary of possible medieval date is visible as a low earthwork bank on aerial photographs of 1946, to the southeast of Ash Park, East Prawle. The earthwork is approximately 2.5m wide and parallel to the extant field boundary to the south. The boundary may form part of a medieval strip field which passed out of use by the time of the Chivestone parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48. The boundary is not visible on later photographs and has been presumably ploughed away.
