Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2013-2014, South Devon Coast Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV351146.

The remains of two converging northeast-southwest aligned former field boundaries of possible medieval date are visible as cropmark banks on aerial photographs of 1954, to the southwest of Moor Farm. The cropmarks converge mid-way along their length, measure between 4-7m wide and closely respect the historic field patterns. These two converging boundaries appear to suggest that the boundary was re-aligned at some point. They may form part of a medieval strip field system which passed out of use by the time of the parish tithe map of between 1838-48.
