Full description

Cartshed. Cart shed; Hayloft/tallet; Pig sty. A gable -ended cartshed, facing onto the road, outside the yard, with a pole loft for hay. The front gable -end is now infilled with corrugated iron. Brick; Chert walls. Side walls in brick. Flemish bond. Rear wall chert rubblestone. Roman tile roof. Double Roman tile. Tie Beam Truss. 3-bay roof of tie beam trusses with notched mortise and tenon apexes. Nailed, unhalved lap- jointed collars. 2 sets of back purlins on cleats. Diagonal ridge. Metal framed windows/s. Small metal framed window in rear gable end. Hayloft; Timber stalls. Pole loft, for hay. Boarded stalls, probably for pigs. Currently used as an agricultural store.
