West Devon Borough Council, 2009, Tavistock Conservation Area Character Appraisal, 7, 52, 64; figure 7 (Report - non-specific). SDV350321.

The bungalows adjoining Tavistock Hospital should be added to the conservation area. Built in 1914, they are in use as almshouses, and form a cohesive group. They are considered to make a positive contribution to the special interest of the conservation area, and may merit local listing.
