Freestanding bank barn located about 250 metres north of Higher Kellaton. It is in a state of extreme disrepair. To bring it into a usable condition would require virtual rebuilding and for this reason it is considered an unsuitable candidate for grant aid under the Countryside Stewardship scheme.
