To the west of Vigo Bridge Road, beside the River Tavy, is a large two storey stone building, eight windows with red brick dressings to each floor. The façade facing the road is almost completely taken up with a double shopfront, set back under a slate roof with central gable. To the east of Vigo Bridge Road is a long narrow stone building, also with red brick detail, which has been incorporated into a garage. The buildings are similar in style to the former Town Mill, rebuilt in the late 19th century after a fire.
