A rectangular, possibly ditch flanked earthwork mound is visible on aerial photographs of 1946 immediately on the north-facing slopes inland of Bolberry Down. The date and function of the mound are unknown but it is possibly the remains of a small pillow mound of post-medieval date. It is one of two mounds now located within the same field. No evidence for a warren is recorded in this area, the nearest known warren being located circa three kilometres to the south-east. The earthwork is not visible on recent images and has probably been levelled.
