19th century stables (B.A.R. 3.1.4).

Stable. The gable-ended, stone rubble stable block is built up against the barn, but has a lower roof. The roof was replaced in 1907, and it was converted to residential use in the mid-20th century. Chert; Rubble stone, brick dressed walls. Slate roof. Tie Beam Truss. 4-bay roof of tie beam trusses with a king tie and raking queen struts. Plate yoke supports a ridge board. One set of back purlins supported on cleats. 1907 date plaque on tie. Door/s; Timber window/s. Originally, two doorways to front. To west, doorway with overlight has original plain, pegged frame behind 20th century replacement frame and door. Doorway to east is blocked and there is a 20th century timber window in blocking. Window between doorways, with 20th century replacement timber casement with central mullion. East gable end and rear are blind. Currently a residential conversion.
