The pillbox measures approximately 6m long by 6m wide and is located at the apex of two converging field boundaries. Two possible adjacent gun pits are visible as semi-circular earthwork banks and pits located either side of a field boundary, approximately 37m to the west of the pillbox. A semi-circular earthwork bank and a possible banked feature also lie to the northeast of the pillbox. The pillbox structure and earthwork pits and banks have been levelled by 1947, although the two former semi-circular gun pits located either side of the field boundary remain visible as negative cropmarks on aerial photographs of 1951. The pillbox remains visible as a demolished structure on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2006.
