The former field boundary is not depicted on the Stoke Fleming parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

The former field boundary is visible as an earthwork ditch.

A former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as an earthwork ditch on images derived from LiDAR data captured between 1998-2012, to the east of Redlap House. The earthwork ditch is northeast to southwest aligned and generally respects the existing and historic field patterns. The former boundary ditch may form part of a medieval strip field which passed out of use by the time of the parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.
