Cow sheds. Shippon. Northern 2 sections of long, low east range. Originally cow sheds. Cob; rubble stone, brick dressed walls. Some cob in rear wall. Roman tile roof. A-frame. 4 bays, divided by timber partition into 3-bay and 1-bay sections. A-frame trusses with mortise and tenons at apex. plate yokes and ridge board. Bolted lap jointed collars and 2 sets of back purlins to the front (west) and I set to the rear, on cleats. The trusses stand on brick pillars to rear. Door/s; timber window/s. 1 ledge and brace 2-flap door to the front on strap hinges and a wide doorway to north bay, with 2 ledge and brace doors in a plain pegged frame. To the rear there is a small gap between the top of the wall and the eaves, which is filled with timber boards. Two small timber framed windows to front, which were once glazed. Feeding rack. Timber feeding rack in 3-bay section. Timber partition between 1-bay and 3-bay sections. Door through timber partition to south, to adjoining cattle sheds. Currently disused.
