The hulk of the former craft remains largely complete and intact.

The hulk of the former craft remains largely intact as a structure, although is infilled with mud.

The hulk of a 20th century boat is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards at Fleet Mill Creek. The hulk of the former craft measures approximately 12m in length by 3.5m in width and remains in a stationary position 10m off the coast on aerial photographs until 1951, after which time the hulk is no longer visible.
