The hulk of a former vessel of modern date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012 at Bow Creek. The former vessel measures approximately 21m long by 5m wide and remains in a stationary position within the mud of Bow Creek. The vessel is first visible on aerial photographs of 1946 as a largely complete and intact structure and remains largely so up to 1951. By 1989 only the hulk of the vessel is visible, although still remains largely complete on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012.
