Full description

War memorial comprising a tall granite obelisk with a raised wreath inscribed 'LEST WE FORGET' and the dates 1914 and 1918 on one side. The pillar is on a stepped square base inscribed with the names of those who died in the first and second world wars. The memorial is set within a small, square paved area at the road junction.
