Summary

Remains of a very small structure (2.5 by 1m internally) recorded on the west bank of the River Erme in 2007. Built against the south side of a granite boulder with an entrance on the east side. May be a beehive hut. Could not be found in 2018 due to dense vegetation.

(18/02/2007) SX 64257 61438 Remains of a very small structure built against the downstream (south) side of a granite boulder with an entrance on the east side. The structure now only has low walls but it looks old and could be a relict beehive hut. Measures approximately 2.5 metres by 1 metre internally.

Remains of the structure appear to be visible on the aerial photography.
