Granary and cellar. Later used as a cattle shed; granary. A cellar with a granary above, is built up against the west end of the house and the east end of the south open -fronted cattleshed. The pigsty was built at the same time as the granary and cellar, at right angles to it. In the 1930's the cellar was converted to a cowshed. The granary is reached via a flight of external steps, to the north. Chert; rubble stone walls. Corrugated iron roof. A-frame. 3-bays. A-frames on axial pads. Notched mortise and tenon apexes held with single pegs. Plate yokes. Lap-jointed collars now fixed with bolts, replacing pegs. Mortises for 2 sets of staggered butt purlins with tusk tenons. Replacement double ridge. Door/s; timber window/s. Access to the cellar is through a ledge and brace door in a solid frame in the west end wall and through a doorway under a corrugated iron shelter, to the left of the granary steps in the north wall. There is a small, blocked window to the left of the west door and a blocked window in the rear wall. In the west gable end there is a blocked window to the granary. The door to the granary is plank and ledge and held on strap hinges. It is full height, and the door rises through the roof to a corrugated iron monopitch roof. Cobble floor; timber trough/s. The granary floor is supported on plain, square sectioned beams and upended joists. It has timber plank linings around the walls, for corn bins. The cellar is divided by a timber partition with a door through. On the west side there are timber feeding troughs along the rear wall, complete with ferramenta, for tethering cattle. The floor is cobbled. Currently used as a cow house.
