Full description

Wagon Lodge. Cart shed. A tall cartshed, built up against the west end of the barn, with a hipped roof to the west. Rubble stone walls. Corrugated iron roof. Tie beam truss. A three-bay roof of tiebeam trusses with A-frames above. The principals have plain, mortise and tenon X-apexes held with single pegs. The lap-jointed collars are nailed. There is a single set of Large back purlins and a diagonal ridge. Arcade; timber window/s. The west end is open. The opening in the north wall has a reused late 17th-early 18th century 4-light window with flat-faced mullions and glazing rebates. The tiebeams have poles over for a temporary loft. Currently a garage-domestic.
