The jetty is visible as a structure.

The jetty is visible as a collapsed structure.

A former jetty of modern date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1946 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, to the north of Britannia Royal Naval College. The timber constructed jetty is first visible on aerial photographs of 1946 as a raised and intact structure, possibly associated with Britannia Royal Naval College. The jetty is northwest to southeast aligned and measures approximately 19m long by 4.5m wide. It remains visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012 as a collapsed structure which is partly covered with mud.
