A curvilinear earthwork bank is visible on aerial photographs from 1946 and on images derived from Lidar data captured in 2006. It is interpreted as relict medieval field boundary, one of a number of roughly parallel earthwork strip field boundaries or lynchets here, many of which were mapped in the late nineteenth century. Although not visible on the most recent available aerial photographs, the earthworks are likely to survive under scrub growth. Only the boundary that is not depicted on the historic maps has been transcribed.
