Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
The former field boundary appears to be partly depicted on the Kingswear parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

A possible former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as an earthwork bank on aerial photographs of 1945 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, to the east of Fountain Violet Farm. The former boundary is curvilinear in shape, broadly north to south aligned and at its northern extent appears to correspond to a historic field boundary depicted on the Kingswear parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48. The former boundary remains visible as an earthwork bank on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012.
