Stable. A 2-bay stable at the lower end of the threshing barn, opening onto a farm track. It appears to have been used to house cattle more recently. Chert; rubble stone walls. The gable ends are clad in corrugated iron. Corrugated iron roof. A-frame; cruck truss. 2-bay stable under same roof as threshing barn. See BH189.2. Door/s; timber window/s. The stable doorway is in the south end wall. The door is missing but the solid, pegged frame remains. There is a loft loading hatch above with a timber door. In the east wall, there is a timber framed window under a huge oak lintel in what appears to be the blocking of a door. Cobble floor; feeding gap; hayloft; tack pegs; timber trough/s. The stable is separated from the barn by a masonry partition wall. The loft floor is supported on a central axial beam and two further beams at each side. The joists and floor are replacements. The interior has a cobble floor, the remains of a timber feeding trough, a gap for a fixed ladder and tack pegs. Currently disused.
