Livenhayes Farm is a fine example of a haphazard layout of a farm with its unusual grup of buildings arranged around the farmhouse and access road. The annotated plan shows a 16th/17th century farmhouse with a 19th century stables to the north-east, a 19th century cider and slaughter house to the south, and, closer to the entrance trackway a barn and cartshed, also of 19th century date. The farm buildings are considered to be in poor condition and vulnerable (B.A.R. 3.2.4, 2.2.4).
