Full description
Devon and Somerset County Councils, 2000-2002, Historic Farmsteads Database, BH226.6 (Machine readable data file). SDV349681.
Barn. Threshing barn. Mid-19th century barn, possibly incorporating the cob wall of an earlier building. Cob; rubble stone walls. Corrugated iron roof. King post. 6-bays. King post roof with ridgeboard. Single set of back purlins. Slate battens. Opposing doors to threshing floor; timber window/s. Opposing doorways north of centre. West one is not full height originally. The solid jambs have tenons in the top, approximately 1 metre below eaves. Door is 20th century iron. In rear wall, a small metal framed casement window. To front, a timber window with glazing bars. Currently an agricultural store.
