West Hookney farmhouse no longer exists but was depicted on the mid 19th century Tithe Map. May have been earlier than this in origin however, considering the surrounding farms at Hookney, now known as Hookner.

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Farmhouse at West Hookney depicted on the Tithe Map (1012: House). Occupier listed in Apportionment as Richards Horsham, owner Elias Cuming.
