The vessel is visible as a recently abandoned structure.

The vessel is visible as a largely complete structure.

A hulk of modern date is visible as a structure on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 1930, on aerial photographs of 1941 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The hulk is east to west aligned, measures approximately 25m in length by 7m in width and is first visible as a recently abandoned structure on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 1930. Aerial photographs of 1955 show the former vessel as a largely wrecked structure, infilled with mud. It remains partly visible, although almost completely covered with mud, on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012.
