A hulk of modern date is visible as a structure on aerial photographs of 1978 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2006 and 2012, along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The hulk, which has been abandoned sometime after 1969, measures approximately 8m in length by 2.5m in width and is northeast to southwest aligned, having appeared to have shifted from its original northwest to southeast alignment on aerial photographs of 1978. The former vessel remains visible as a wrecked structure, which is partly covered with marshland vegetation, on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012.
