A hulk of modern date is visible as an abandoned structure on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards, along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The vessel, which was abandoned sometime after 1930, is northwest to southeast aligned, measures approximately 10m in length by 4m in width and appears to have been completely removed by 1969. Elements of the former vessel may, however, survive within the estuarine muds.
