A hulk of modern date is visible as an abandoned structure on aerial photographs of 1997 onwards and on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, to the north of Turf Locks. The vessel, which was abandoned sometime after 1978, is northeast to southwest aligned, measures approximately 15.5m in length by 3.5m in width and lies within the marshland along the western bank of the Exe Estuary. The hulk remains visible as a wrecked structure on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012.
