No. 6 Tuly Street appears on a map of 1843 and gives every indication of being an early to mid 19th century building. Ideally the building should be retained for its townscape importance. However, given the general nature of the proposals for the area and the demolition of neighbouring terraced housing, its retention in isolation does not make visual sense.
