The intertidal features are visible as flattened linear structures.

Intertidal features of unknown date are visible as flattened linear structures on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2012, to the west of Darlings Rock, Lympstone. The two linear structures are north to south and east to west aligned and broadly V-Shaped in plan, with apex to the south. The former flattened structures, which may represent the remains of a possible medieval to post-medieval fishtrap, were not visible on other aerial photographs or digital images made available to the survey.
