Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

The former field boundary is not depicted on the Lympstone parish tithe map of approximately 1838-48.

The former field boundary is visible as an earthwork ditch.

The earthwork ditch appears to have been largely levelled following the extension of Wotton Farm.

A former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as an earthwork ditch on aerial photographs of 1947 onwards at Wotton Farm. The former field boundary, which may form part of a medieval strip field which passed out of use by the time of the parish tithe map of 1838-48 is east to west aligned and remains visible as an earthwork ditch on aerial photographs until 1969. The former field boundary has been completely levelled and partly redeveloped by 1988.
