Building depicted on the Tithe Map (51 on apportionment; 'House; Part of Creaber's Estate'). Rectangular building aligned approximately west-east divided in two with a dwelling indiacted at the eastern end. Has associated plot including outbuilding (MDV105852), arable land and garden.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Additional buildings to either side of the house on the same alignment indicated on the late 19th century map. House appears much the same as on the earlier Tithe map. Association with the southern building, is clear as they lie in adjoining land parcels.

Early 20th century map shows another small building added on the eastern edge of the land plot that contains this house. Association with the southern building, which is now labelled as a smithy, still clear.

Google, 2014, Google Streetview (Website). SDV355684.

Two storey gable-ended house with tiled roof and chimney stacks at both ends. Six window front with porch to the left of all the windows. Single storey tiled adjoining section at the left (western) end with gable end with stack. Front of this section of the property cannot be seen so might be a garage / further dwelling space.

House is depicted on the modern mapping as 'Sunnyside'.
