Several curvilinear earthwork banks and ditches, up to 2.5 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken between 1947 and 1963. They fit into the field pattern and are likely to be the remains of medieval field boundaries that went out of use by the mid nineteenth century. The earthworks are not visible on later available aerial photographs and the area has since been developed.
