Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Row of dwellings and associated buildings depicted to the south of the churchyard.
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Comparison between this and the Tithe Map shows the buildings to have been altered in the second half of the 19th century, with those at the southern end of the row being demolished.

The Tithe Map shows that the field to the south of the church contained several buildings in 1842. A terraced of domestic buildings appears to run between the entrance to the graveyard and 'Sunnyside' and there is a building (non-domestic) towards the north-east corner of the field. By 1888 the terrace of buildings had been substantially altered or demolished and the site used for other buildings. Further structures are shown along the north boundary of the field the remains of which are still extant.
