A linear earthwork bank, up to 2.5 metres in width, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 to 1963. It is similar in appearance to a linear bank circa 50 metres to the south that is on the same alignment, which is depicted on the Tithe map as a field boundary. It is interpreted as a relict boundary bank of medieval or post-medieval origin that passed out of use by the mid nineteenth century. The area has been landscaped and no earthwork remains are visible on the later available aerial photographs.
