Rock cutting is depicted.

Prior to 1837 the road to Berrynarbor village passed to the south of East Hagginton Manor House. Plan of that date suggests part of it passed through a rock cutting. Only a slight trace of its course was visible on the 1889 and 1904 Ordnance Survey maps.
