Summary

A linear earthwork bank, visible on aerial photographs taken from 1963 and on images derived from Lidar data captured between 2006-2007, is interpreted as a relict post-medieval field boundary bank that passed out of use by the mid nineteenth century. Earthwork remains are likely to survive.

A linear bank and adjacent ditch, circa 2 and 1 metres in width respectively, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken from 1963 and on images derived from Lidar data captured between 2006-2007. It is likely to be a relict post-medieval field boundary, which passed out of use by the mid nineteenth century. Earthwork remains are very likely to survive, partly obscured by scrub growth.
