Sheldon, L., 2010, Land Around Pinn Court Farm, Pinhoe, Devon. Archaeological Evaluation (Report - Evaluation). SDV347870.

Evaluation undertaken prior to a planning application submission for a proposed residential development of the site.

Material comprising flint blades/bladlets , of probable Mesolithic date, and a chert scraper of probable Neolithic to Early or Middle Bronze Age date were recovered from the topsoil and/or subsoil within trenches 24, 73, 74, and 62 respectively. However, no conclusively contemporary features were identified in these trenches.
