Summary

Full description

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Perrymans is depicted on the Tithe Map; 346 on Belstone Apportionment (house and yard). Farmhouse is rectangular and is positioned in line with the road. An L-shaped range of buildings borders the yard on the west and south and two small buildings are positioned at the north-eastern end of the farmhouse.

Late 19th century map shows the layout of the farm little changed, although at least two new small structures have been added to the south and east of the site.
