Site of a possible deer shelter. The structure, in the centre of the deer park is recorded on the 1842 Tithe Map but had gone by the time of the first edition Ordnance Survey map in 1889.

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Rectangular structure in park circa 230 metres north-east of Shobrooke House.

A rectangular structure in the centre of the park was probably a deer shelter. This had been demolished by 1889.
